One-on-One Tutoring
Focused 30-minute sessions for targeted skills, homework help, and quick wins.
I started Haney Learning Co for my children and yours. With over a decade in education, I know the achievement gap is real and growing — and that families feel it. Whether you're in public, private, or homeschool, I'm here to help your child succeed.
Parents come to me with the same quiet worry: my student is struggling, and I don't know where to start. The needs are increasing. Lifestyles are shifting. And the insecurity isn't just the child's — it's the family's.
That's where I come in. With over a decade of teaching experience and a master's degree in curriculum and instruction, I bring both the skill and the patience to meet your child exactly where they are — whether that's one-on-one tutoring, teaching your chosen curriculum, or helping you plan and pick your homeschool program.
My goal: help you help your child succeed.

I work with K–12 students across math, reading, and writing. If a student is in public, private, or homeschool, I meet them where they are — including helping families pick and plan their own curriculum.
Yes. I partner with many California charter schools, including Heartland and Monarch River. During your inquiry, just let me know whether you plan to pay privately or through charter funds so we can handle the paperwork.
Sessions can be held online or in person depending on location and availability. We'll agree on the format when we book so the setup is distraction-free and comfortable for your student.
Most families begin with an initial assessment — a one-hour diagnostic in ELA, math, or both. It pinpoints strengths and skill gaps and results in a written plan we follow going forward.
Tell me a little about your student and what you're hoping for. I'll reply within 24 hours — usually sooner — and we'll set up a time to talk.
Private pay or charter school funds welcome.
